About Farmers Best Friend
How we got Started!
We are the owners of Thompson Farm in Mt. Pleasant NC. While selling at the Farmers Market, one of our customers was a Canine Nutritionist who owned a Raw Dog Food Business in Charlotte. She purchased our Chicken, Rabbit and Duck for her raw blends. We started working with her making the raw food, when she moved away we took over the Raw side of her business. We are now Farmers Best Friend. The majority of the meat that goes into our Raw Blends is raised right here on our farm.
Our Raw Food
At Farmers Best Friend, we believe that providing your pet with wholesome food is a must. We make food weekly.
Each blend is made with vegetables purchased from the farmers market when available or from our own garden. We use the meat that we raise or purchase from local farmers.
Each bag consist of 4lbs of frozen cubes and comes in a zip style bag for easy access for your feeding schedule.
Announcement
Market days 1st and 3rd Saturday.
Next market Day is June 7th. All orders
placed before the 7th will be ready then . All orders placed after will be on the 21st
